About the role
Responsibilities
As Online Marketing Manager (f/m/x) (Web & Performance focused), you will combine hands-on operational execution with a strategic business partner role for our business lines and EMEA affiliates, driving and optimizing our digital presence with a strong focus on performance marketing, data-driven decision-making and high-quality content execution across international markets.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day website content operations in Typo3, including planning, uploading, quality assurance, publishing and optimization
- Guiding content owners and coordinating website initiatives such as landing pages, campaigns and relaunch activities
- Ensuring consistent content governance across affiliates and business lines
- Improving digital customer journeys by identifying friction points and enhancing usability and conversion
- Optimizing landing pages and digital touchpoints to increase engagement and clarity
- Owning digital analytics tools to ensure reliable performance tracking and insights
- Defining KPIs and enabling stakeholders to translate data into actionable improvements
- Driving SEO, GEO and SEA (Google Search, Display and YouTube) in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders across markets
- Contributing to process optimization, including automation and AI-supported workflows
- Collaborating cross-functionally while confidently advising and challenging stakeholders on data-driven decisions
Profile
You are a strong match if you combine hands-on digital marketing expertise with a performance-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
- Several years of digital/online marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medtech or another regulated environment
- Strong track record in performance marketing, including KPI tracking, data-driven optimization, and a solid understanding of SEO and SEA
- Hands-on expertise in CMS platforms (preferably Typo3) combined with solid knowledge of website management, content operations and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio)
- Proven stakeholder and project management capabilities, including consultative guidance, the ability to challenge perspectives and a structured, detail-oriented working style
- Openness to new technologies, automation and AI-supported workflows
- Experience in email marketing and CRM processes is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization or digital behavioural analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with portal environments or international web governance would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills in English
