You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Mimi, including your career profile, resumes, cover letters, and other application materials. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated content
Mimi uses AI to generate and tailor application materials. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job interviews or offers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent or misleading application materials, attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls, using the Service to spam employers, or reverse-engineering the Service.
Service availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Free tier features may change as we develop the product.
Limitation of liability
Mimi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities or inaccurate AI-generated content.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application.
