About the Role

Within Arkéa's Innovation team, and in conjunction with the Innovation Product Manager, you will be fully involved in driving the group's internal innovation process. Your role will be to foster the emergence, structuring, and realization of new ideas for the benefit of the business lines.

Responsibilities

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the detection of innovative needs & ideas: Identifying, collecting, and structuring ideas from different teams through various mechanisms such as ideation workshops and organizing a hackathon day.
• Organizing and managing innovation highlights: Preparing and coordinating the organization of a hackathon, as well as other exchange or creativity sessions to stimulate and unite employees around innovation.
• Facilitating and supporting project groups: Engaging with employees, soliciting their participation, capturing needs, coaching teams with promising ideas, and with the support of the Innovation department, helping to structure the approach, guiding them in formalizing their projects, and tracking the progress of topics over time.
• Communicating about innovation across the group: Participating in the valorization of initiatives and results with various departments and employees, by relaying information and highlighting successes.
• Participating in the assessment of nascent projects: Taking part in the evaluation, prioritization, and scoping of potential ideas with the Innovation team, and supporting their transition to project status, in collaboration with the relevant business lines.
