• 6-10 years of BA experience; Strong Business and Data Analysis skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams.
• Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology
• Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting experience
• Fieldglass Reporting Experience
• Strong Finance Knowledge
• Must Have Advanced Skills in Microsoft Products:
  • Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA & Macros, Data Tables, Simulations, Advanced Charting, Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting, Power Pivot, What IF Analysis)
  • Advanced Power BI skills
  • MS Teams
  • MS Word
  • MS SharePoint
  • MS Visio
  • MS Access
• Documentation and visualization master
• Good knowledge on Agile practices; Agile/DevOps environment working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Critical Thinking skills are a must
