14034: Manager, Lab

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day technical operations and maintenance tasks aligned with production targets.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational bottlenecks or equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and utilize SAP for workflow management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Maintenance, Reliability) to execute unit objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environment.
