2026-019 Risk Analyst (m/f/d) - Permanent Position

Your Responsibilities

• Support IFRS 9 Forward BAU build & deployment, month-end execution under the new methodology, documentation & controls, data & process remediation, ongoing monitoring
• Design and implementation of an advanced CoR related KPI reporting in Power BI
• Perform data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
• Drive the production of high-impact communication materials that effectively convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders, ensuring a unified understanding of CoR drivers and deviations to the plan
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Local Risk, Finance and Collections departments to streamline information flow and enhance the quality of reporting inputs
• Direct the reconciliation of CoR with Finance reports, systematically identifying and addressing discrepancies to maintain alignment and ensure data integrity
• Support the design and the implementation of robust governance policies to enhance the integrity and reliability of the IFRS9 provision calculation and CoR reporting, ensuring alignment with the BNPP guidelines and best practices
• Ensure the proper process is followed in terms of IFRS9 reporting recommendations and all relevant documentation for audit is kept sound and safe

Your Profile

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts with precision
• Profound mastery of German, encompassing both written & verbal communication
• Exceptional comprehension and communication skills in both languages, ensuring effective interpersonal interactions and documentation

Personal Knowledge & Skills:

• Strategic Vision: Ability to guide the CoR reporting and governance practices towards long-term strategic goals
• Analytical Excellence: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills, capable of maintaining order and efficiency under pressure
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong capabilities in managing relationships across different levels of seniority, as well as across multiple cultures and aligning diverse teams towards common objectives

Qualifications and professional experience:

• University degree in a relevant subject such as Finance / Economics / Operation research / Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or financial reporting
• Advanced skills in the usage of reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI and data analysis tools like Dataiku, Python or SAS
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the capability to efficiently utilize these tools for data analysis, document preparation and presentations
