An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprenticeship Project Manager for cross-site delivery centre activities (F/M) has just opened within the Delivery Centre community on Colomiers site. You will join the "Customer Delivery Experience, Relations and Ferry Flight" Team, responsible for organizing and leading cross-sites initiatives in the different worldwide delivery centres.

This apprenticeship will start at the beginning of the 2026 academic year and will last 2 or 3 year(s) .

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Put a governance in place to animate the X-Sites community by supporting the management of Projects through the application of project management processes, methods and tools
• Put a roadmap in place with all deliverables planned for 2026 / 2027 / 2028
• Create a template and follow-up to support formalization of customers information
• Find solutions and key deliverables to dynamize the X sites community
• Analyze, integrate and provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at project management level and also support effective communication and stakeholder management
• Provide plans, schedules, reports and capture all Lessons Learned: strong capabilities to coordinate various functions towards a precise target
• Assist the Managers and Teams in the management of X-sites projects and work packages
• Performance monitoring + milestones set-up, control and reporting: produce efficient and added value reports and KPIs to follow the implementation of the deliverables
• Digital Transformation & Collaboration: Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and use AI to develop efficient ways of working

About the Airbus Delivery Centres

Airbus has five delivery centers worldwide: in Toulouse, Hamburg in Germany, Mirabel in Canada, Mobile in the United States, and Tianjin in China.

You will be based at the Toulouse delivery centre, in Colomiers, and will work in an international environment, liaising with the other sites.

The delivery center is where our customers from all over the world come to take delivery of their new aircraft. You will work in a multicultural place frequented by both employees and customers of all nationalities, close to our aircraft.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Engineering, Management, or Project Management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 to 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Basic knowledge in project management
• Clear and synthetic reporting skills
• Appetite for manufacturing and delivery process
• Strong affinity with data analytic tasks and digitalisation
• Stakeholder’s management and customer focus
• Proficiency level in English and French
• Soft Skills: Proactive, Team spirit, open minded and autonomous​
• Excellent communication skills

Language skills:

• English: Negotiation
• French: Fluent

Our selection process:

The review of applications is carried out by a recruiter.
