New Lantern is building AI for radiologists. We’ve raised $24M from Benchmark, Anthropic, and others, and we deliver on multi-million dollar contracts with radiology practices, imaging clinics, and health systems. We’re looking for new grad builders who want to ship things that matter from day one.

The Program

New Grad Olympics is a 4-week paid trial for new grad AI product engineers. Apply, complete a build challenge, and compete on a public leaderboard. Top 3 on the leaderboard earn automatic entry into the program. The remaining spots are filled through review of your coding submission and an intro call. 10 candidates work alongside our team for four weeks, and top performers receive full-time offers.

• Familiarity with Django, Python, AWS, HL7, DICOM, or PACS — a plus, but not required. We'll train you on everything domain-specific.
