Project Management Officer / Value Management Officer (PMO / VMO)

This service aims to strengthen the PIL team. The service will cover all or part of the following work, in addition to the support mission for the assigned Domain Manager.

Activity Steering:

• Build and manage the activity portfolio (Change and Run) by producing:
  • Dashboard/reporting
  • Forecast workload plan
  • Budget and financial monitoring
• Assist operational managers on budget, financial, and operational aspects
• Support teams in adopting the new project steering tool (Planview)

IT System Transformation:

• Assist domains in creating product roadmaps and describing service offerings
• Contribute to the preparation of heritage committees for monitoring application park maintenance
• Monitor project scoping through the various committees defined by the Harmonie method, particularly the Delivery Committee (CODEL)

Demand Management:

• Contribute to monitoring scoping requests received from various stakeholders in the direction
• Ensure consistency between scoping requests and the project portfolio validated by the DPS in CODOM

Model Transformation:

• Support teams in various transformations and in adopting new practices and tools

Communication:

• Implement various internal communication channels to share the direction's progress and successes (newsletters, dedicated SharePoint, events, etc.)
• Identify successes to highlight to the communication department and the DSIBA COMEX

Objectives and Deliverables

• Preparation of Governance Committees (Heritage/CODEL), drafting and monitoring of the action plan, stakeholder follow-up
• Visual synthesis and monitoring of key indicators on SharePoint
• Monitoring of key milestones
• Monitoring of budgets (CHANGE, RUN, general expenses, travel)
• Co-construction and maintenance of the assigned Domain's roadmap
• Assistance in industrializing automated reporting
• Monitoring of Domain Capex
• Drafting of Direction communications
