2x Data/Business Analyst (Online Deposit), Hannover/Remote (m/w/d)

Summary

In preparation for market entry for the digital sight deposit product, support is needed in building a suitable model for collecting, analyzing, and understanding data in the context of the product and its pricing. The task is to analyze existing manual or semi-manual reporting processes and to stabilize them and, where sensible, automate them. Experience with data preparation, plausibility checks, testability, documentation, and later handover capability is expected. Additionally, support in data analysis, model and data understanding, and business analysis may be relevant on a case-by-case basis. This is not currently about an independent AI/ML project, but about the pragmatic use of data for business steering and reporting purposes. The task will be carried out in collaboration with the internal data analyst team and the Treasury project team.

Responsibilities

• Translation of the business concept into technical requirements for testing and development.
• Development of a tool for reconciling duplicate customers.
• Support in programming an automation solution for reports.
• Collaboration with project management and internal IT development teams.

Requirements

• Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with testing methods and processes
• Short-term availability
• Experience in regulated banking or financial services projects
• Strong implementation orientation
• Experience with data, reporting, testing, or release topics
• Structured business and technical documentation
• Confident handling of multiple stakeholder groups
• Pragmatic approach to transitional and interim solutions
• Low ramp-up time.

Additional Information

Two consultants are sought from the end of May to the end of August, with approximately 35 days of remote work each (possibly occasional visits to Hanover) plus an option for extension.
