About the Role
Join the Lacoste textile product division as a 360° Product Manager. This role is crucial for supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives that ensure alignment between product strategy and go-to-market and brand strategies.
The main responsibilities include:
- Qualifying and streamlining trans-category product needs.
- Optimizing key elements for consumer-facing teams, including for fashion shows and collaborations.
- Consolidating and balancing assortments according to the business plan and global product strategy.
Responsibilities and Main Mission
Collaborate with the Product, GTM & Collection division to succeed in the market:
- Participate in the management of seasonal collections and centralize product needs.
- Lead the alignment of product strategy with channel and GTM teams.
- Drive the construction of the seasonal product plan and streamline offerings.
- Aggregate priorities for the textile and non-textile roadmap.
- Standardize and drive processes and tools to execute the product plan.
- Act as the primary contact for information dissemination.
- Contribute to creating a consistent message for markets during DTA.
- Lead trans-category asset needs for DTA.
- Support channel and GTM teams in delivering consistent content.
Define and deploy regional needs and customized offerings:
- Consolidate regional offering needs (e.g., Ramadan offering).
- Coordinate with teams for a consistent GTM strategy.
- Provide cross-functional support during key commercial moments.
Profile
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or cross-functional coordination in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strategic thinking and market insight to align strategies with business objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Expertise in complex project management.
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English for documentation and meetings.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
