• We are building a high-performance recruitment desk nationally and looking for a 360 recruiter who can bill, build and grow.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Full 360 recruitment (client + candidate side)
• Headhunting and sourcing top-tier candidates
• Building strong client relationships
• Driving new business development
• Managing high-volume roles across industries
• Full recruitment administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
• 2 - 6 years Proven recruitment experience (agency preferred)
• Proven placements & billings track record
• Strong headhunting capability (not just job board sourcing)
• Ability to win new business
• Experience running a full 360 desk independently
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Own car + driver’s license
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• Experience recruiting in Cape Town / Western Cape market (advantage) exposure (highly advantageous)
• Fully set up to work remotely
