Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs for AI-powered applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Build and manage robust, secure, and efficient server-side architectures using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues.
• Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store and manage large datasets for AI applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment of AI and backend solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and backend development technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in backend development using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, libraries, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands‑on experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid knowledge of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying AI and backend solutions.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
