Job Description:

We are seeking an onsite 3DEXPERIENCE Developer based out of the Newark, CA office, with strong hands‑on customization and development expertise in the following areas: • 10+ years of strong hands‑on experience in 3DEXPERIENCE customization and development • Deep expertise in CAA (C++), EKL, and VBA for 3DEXPERIENCE applications • Proven experience in developing and enhancing custom commands, business rules, and automation • Strong background in platform‑level configuration and customization to support: • Production environments • Engineering and R&D use cases • New release rollouts and upgrades • Extensive hands‑on production support experience, including: • Root cause analysis • Issue resolution under time‑critical scenarios • Building automation to reduce manual effort and recurring errors • Experience with code upgrades, platform enhancements, and deployment of custom features across 3DEXPERIENCE releases • Ability to work closely with PLM, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to translate evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite with end users to quickly understand issues and deliver effective solutions • Experience supporting or integrating 3DExperience with enterprise systems such as ERP. • Customization and enhancement of 3DSpace and 3DDashboard, including UI components, dashboards, widgets, and user‑centric workflows, is a plus
