Business Analyst

Role Purpose

We are seeking a delivery-focused Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions across customer journeys, operational processes, and system capabilities. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to define and validate requirements with clear traceability from concept to delivery
• Produce high‑quality artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings
• Ensure requirements are testable and aligned to business outcomes, supporting sign‑off and release readiness
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on backlog refinement and prioritisation
• Work closely with QA to ensure effective validation, including end‑to‑end and exception scenarios
• Contribute to domain modelling and data definition, particularly within payments and integration contexts
• Support compliance‑driven delivery by documenting data flows and control expectations (e.g., PCI DSS environments)

• Experience with process modelling, data modelling, and validation techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Must have Salesforce experience and/or strong data skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in Business Analysis across elicitation, analysis, and validation
• Intermediate: 4–6 years’ experience
• Senior: 7–10+ years’ experience delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
