Your Role

Department Manager, Turning

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up up to 9-axis CNC turning machines with Fanuc control
• Correcting parts and adjusting programs
• Ensuring workstations (measuring equipment, test instructions & tools)
• Independently solving manufacturing technical challenges
• Continuous optimization and further development of production processes
• Organization and coordination of the entire department (approx. 35 employees)
• Technical leadership, training, and development of employees
• Guiding, supporting, and accompanying employees
• Conducting employee discussions and appraisals

What You Bring

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
• Several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
• Precise, reliable, and independent way of working
• High sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking
• Structured and organized way of working
• Quality awareness and strong technical understanding
