Responsibilities

The new Customer Success & Support department combines linexo's customer telephony and correspondence as well as quality management. We are looking for you starting September 1, 2026!

Your future tasks:

• You will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of our new "Customer Success & Support" department
• You will strategically develop our customer service and ensure a future-proof orientation
• You will manage and moderate team and team leader meetings and promote an open, motivating feedback and leadership culture
• You will support and develop employees through appreciative feedback, development, and employee discussions
• You will take our processes to the next level by conceptualizing and implementing best practices – with a focus on scaling, digitalization, and automation
• You will analyze relevant KPIs, create meaningful reports, and derive concrete measures for optimizing our processes and services from them

Profile

• You have a completed business degree or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
• You have many years of experience in leading and developing teams
• You have a strong understanding of business and can confidently analyze, interpret key figures, and translate them into concrete recommendations for action
• You are confident in project management and know both classic and agile methods from practice
• You ideally have experience with policy administration or contract management systems
• You are confident with MS Office 365 products and use digital tools efficiently in your daily work
• You convince with excellent German language skills as well as clear and professional communication in spoken and written form
• Good English skills round off your profile
