About the role

Job Title - Accounts & Customer Success Executive

CAPE TOWN-based (Near the South Suburbs for working at a shared office space 2 days a week)

Accounts & Customer Service Executive Reporting To Service Delivery Manager (day-to-day) Director Team (when required)

Key responsibilities and duties: You will be the confident, welcoming, warm, and informed voice of Greencable - speaking to customers and prospects alike on a regular basis. This will entail: ● Tackling inbound and outbound enquiries, and converting them into customers via; email, phone call and SMS ● Onboarding new customers with data entry on multiple platforms ● Maximising the transactional value of existing customers with strategic conversations ● Regularly reviewing customers in the CRM and making contact where required ● Generating regular reports from our platforms to spot trends, issues and opportunities in order to act upon ● Capitalising on opportunities to either generate profit or create an amazing customer experience ● Taking ownership of assigned KPIs and sharing regular updates with the senior team ● Working with the Service Delivery Manager, Marketing function and Director team ● Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction ● Supporting general operations in the business when required

Requirements

Desired skills and experience: ● Excellent customer service with a desire to ensure every customer is a happy customer ● A passion to deliver outstanding customer service and the creation of fantastic relationships ● Good experience of using digital platforms; CRM, mapping, email platforms etc. ● Strong communication skills on an internal and external basis ● General knowledge of central England, and the location of key towns and cities located within it Extensive experience in the above is not essential, as training will be provided, but basic demonstrations will be requested during the interview process.
