Your role

As an Account Manager at Urban Connect, you're the central point of contact for our enterprise customers - from the final phase of the sales process through onboarding to long-term relationship management. Your mission: ensure that companies and their employees have an outstanding start with Urban Connect, continue to use our mobility solution with enthusiasm, and grow their product and service portfolio with us over time.

We constantly launch new features and products, so a key part of this role is staying on top of what our platform can do – and making sure your customers know about it too. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership – real accountability for customer outcomes, expansion, and plenty of room to shape how we work.

Your tasks

  • Accompany the sales process during the handover phase and are the main person responsible for a smooth onboarding of new enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate the implementation end-to-end – from vehicle deliveries to app rollout – in close collaboration with our Operations team, ensuring a successful launch for all employees.
  • Conduct customer training sessions (online or on-site) and make sure the value of our solution is clearly understood by the company and its teams.
  • Manage a customer portfolio long-term: analyse usage data, stay close to the numbers, and proactively identify optimisation, upselling, and expansion opportunities.
  • Know your clients and their specifics well – their usage patterns, their pain points, their potential. Use these insights to make customers happy and to ensure each account is economically viable for Urban Connect.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, products, and platform capabilities as we launch them – positioning Urban Connect as a partner that keeps delivering more value.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with your key contacts and ensure high customer satisfaction, contract renewals and expansions.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support to bring customer feedback into the organisation and drive improvements.
  • Maintain all activities and customer interactions in the CRM (HubSpot) – structured, complete, and up to date.

In short: you own the customer relationship after the deal is signed – and you make sure every customer gets real value from Urban Connect and grows with us.

What you bring

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a comparable B2B role (or a demonstrated drive and talent to excel in one).
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good CRM knowledge (ideally with HubSpot).
  • Experience in project or implementation management is a plus.
  • You are a people person with strong interpersonal skills - you enjoy customer interaction, presentations, and solution-oriented collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in parallel.
  • You're an excellent team player, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Tech, and Support teams.

Nice to have

  • French and/or Swiss German.
  • Experience in the mobility, SaaS, or tech space.
