About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a long standing healthcare marketing company for an experienced Account Manager who can manage key pharmaceutical accounts while driving new business growth. This hybrid role focuses on supporting major pharma brand teams and expanding revenue across existing and new clients.
Proven experience selling marketing services or solutions into pharmaceutical companies (required)
📍 Location: Montreal
💰 Salary: $100,000- $120,000 base + strong commission
📈 Experience: Minimum 3+ years in pharma or healthcare sales
🎯 Focus: 60% Account Management / 40% New Business
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with pharmaceutical brand managers and marketing teams
- Oversee ongoing marketing and educational programs across major pharma clients
- Hunt for new business opportunities within brand teams and targeted pharma companies
- Present solutions, uncover client needs, and support strategic planning
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized omnichannel programs
- Grow revenue through a consultative, relationship driven sales approach
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with pharma brand managers and marketing teams
- Track record balancing account management with new business development
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or marketing-related sales
