About the role
Role Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Hunter Account Executive to generate new business within the Schneider Electric account. This role focuses on driving net-new revenue, expanding engagement, and delivering strong Total Contract Value (TCV) growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities within Schneider Electric
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a focus on TCV growth
- Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across business units
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to position IT consulting and digital transformation services
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Proven hunter profile with a strong “go-getter” mindset
- Schneider Electric Account experience
- Solid experience in IT consulting / IT services sales
- Demonstrated success in driving TCV and closing large deals
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in French and English
