About the role

Role Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Hunter Account Executive to generate new business within the Schneider Electric account. This role focuses on driving net-new revenue, expanding engagement, and delivering strong Total Contract Value (TCV) growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within Schneider Electric
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a focus on TCV growth
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers across business units
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to position IT consulting and digital transformation services
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven hunter profile with a strong “go-getter” mindset
  • Schneider Electric Account experience
  • Solid experience in IT consulting / IT services sales
  • Demonstrated success in driving TCV and closing large deals
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French and English
