Our tech client, we’re on a mission to help global brands grow smarter through technology and creativity. As an Account Director, you’ll take ownership of some of our biggest global accounts from day one — building partnerships, driving measurable results, and shaping the future of how we work with our clients.

You’ll be both a strategic partner and an operator — connecting the dots between our clients, the world’s biggest digital platforms, and our own teams. This role puts you right at the heart of the fast-paced digital marketing space, where you’ll learn fast, move fast, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build real relationships — from hands-on operational partners to C-level execs — and become their trusted go-to person.
  • Help clients get the most out of our tech client’s solutions to drive better performance and long-term value.
  • Translate customer goals into actionable strategies and measurable success stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing — to solve problems and shape what comes next.
  • Bring industry insights and best practices to the table, helping clients and teammates level up.
  • Lead or support internal projects that make our Customer Success team even stronger.
  • Mentor and share knowledge to help others grow.
  • Stay sharp on the latest in digital marketing and our tech client’s platform so you can tackle challenges with confidence.
  • Drive commercial conversations and partnership growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech.
  • A proven track record managing enterprise clients and delivering real business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with our tech client’s platform.
  • Strategic mindset — you know how to turn complex goals into clear, actionable plans.
  • Excellent communicator — confident presenting to executives and tailoring your message for any audience.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a positive, team-first attitude.
