The Role

As an AE, you will take full ownership of building and scaling your own vertical from the ground up.

You will:

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle, from first contact through to repeat business
  • Drive consistent, high-quality outbound activity with credibility and insight
  • Partner closely with Strategists and Talent Partners to ensure exceptional delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using data and market intelligence to guide clients
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams within existing accounts

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent German (must-have)
  • Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience or an aligned study.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical value propositions
  • Comfortable selling to senior leadership and decision-makers
  • Based in Berlin

What’s On Offer

  • Uncapped commission (120K+ OTE)
