About the role
Quantek is seeking a high-performance Business Development Lead focused exclusively on generating new revenue for its AI services. This role is designed for a self-directed operator who can identify opportunities, create pipeline, and close deals without reliance on inbound marketing or heavy support infrastructure.
This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. The commission structure is aggressive and aligned to reward net-new revenue and long-term client value.
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. The primary objective is to bring in new business across target verticals by leveraging outbound strategies, networks, and strategic positioning.
This role is focused on driving new business for Quantek’s AI readiness and implementation services, including advisory, automation, and enterprise AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and convert net-new business opportunities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies (direct outreach, referrals, partnerships)
- Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline
- Identify high-value target accounts and develop penetration strategies
- Lead discovery conversations and position Quantek’s AI services in terms of business outcomes
- Structure and negotiate deals through to close
- Collaborate on offer positioning and go-to-market feedback based on field insights
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasts
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue independently (not reliant on inbound leads)
- Strong network or clear strategy for accessing decision-makers in target markets
- Experience selling AI, data, SaaS, or consulting services preferred
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value
- High degree of autonomy, discipline, and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment
- Skilled in consultative, value-based selling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of closing net-new business
- Strong prospecting and lead generation capability
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies without heavy oversight
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
