Account Executive

About Us

The Beauty division, specialised in the conception of promotional accessories (bags, make up bags, handbags, jewellery, beauty accessories) for luxury and cosmetic brands i.e. L'Oréal, LVMH, Sisley, Sephora, Coty and many more. We are looking for an Account Executive to support the team's growth.

Responsibilities

Entirely dedicated to one of the key accounts of the Beauty division, the commercial assistant will work with senior sales representatives on the following tasks:

Brief Writing:

• Writing client briefs according to their specifications.

Administrative Management of Commercial Projects:

• Send briefs to the Asia purchasing department;
• Analyze and process received quotations;
• Ensure the proper receipt and compliance of mock-ups at our premises.

Order Management in Close Collaboration with Quality and Logistics Departments:

• Take feedback from our quality department (internal) and follow up on orders with our logistics department (internal);
• Communicate feedback from the production department and clients to the factories (in Asia) to allow validation of order elements (BAG, lab dips, BAT, ...);
• Ensure compliance with validation deadlines;
• Track and update the retroplanning;
• Prepare invoices.

Ability to organize, synthesize, and adapt to follow different productions and meet the requirements of the client and its various brands.

Skills and Experience

Are you motivated, do you like challenges and want to work in a team in an international context?

Does the world of luxury and fashion attract you?

Rigorous and versatile, you enjoy teamwork and are sensitive to the accessories and cosmetics sector.

You know how to manage multiple projects at once and working in a challenging environment does not scare you.

You have at least one year of experience in project management (internships and work-study included), preferably in the cosmetics or fashion sector.

Operational English required.

Good knowledge of the Adobe suite, particularly Illustrator software.
