SEM Sales Representative (Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a driven SEM Sales Representative to join a growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with digital marketing sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys building relationships and closing deals.

You’ll play a key role in driving new business, helping clients improve their online presence through strategic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new clients through consistent outreach (targeting 5+ new meetings per week)
• Sell SEM solutions by understanding client needs and presenting tailored strategies
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, including keyword strategy, content plans, and pricing
• Anticipate objections and confidently close new business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and monthly check-ins
• Collaborate with internal SEO and content teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Support sales leadership with follow-ups, account management, and pipeline development

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing sales (SEM/SEO preferred)
• Advanced degree preferred
• Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of closing business
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
