About Us

We have a great product that has proven itself with over 25,000 B2C students and dozens of companies. They love it (4.9 🌟 Google) and it allows us to experience incredible growth (revenue multiplied by 3 each year) since the project's launch in 2019.

The challenge now is to scale and conquer the B2B world very quickly. We have already started since February, and the B2B Sales team now has 8 collaborators.

We are therefore looking for a top B2B Sales profile to join the adventure, develop their client portfolio and the B2B offering.

The Team

You will work directly with the Head of B2B Sales, Adrien. We are already 40 in the B2C Sales team, 13 in the B2B Sales team with great profiles aligned with our purpose and our big ambition. CDL is a young, fun, and close-knit team in a superb working environment. You will have the opportunity to participate in the growth of a new division, a solid and inspiring team.

Responsibilities

  • Accompany the development and application of the B2B sales process.
  • Participate in the creation and evolution of the prospecting pipeline through a good understanding of the market (lead generation).
  • Present Le Cercle des Langues during sales meetings with a conversion/sales objective: HR Directors, C-levels, and Startup CEOs.
  • Follow up with clients very regularly, always with a closing objective.
  • Deploy offers, promotions, discounts with an acquisition logic.
  • Monitor and measure various KPIs and take initiatives to improve processes.
  • Create documents, quotes, training agreements.
  • Be creative and proactive to explore growth channels.

You will benefit from a real listening ear for your ideas and recommendations in operations, sales, and strategic decisions.

Profile Sought

We are looking for a top profile:

  • Results-oriented, seeking a high level of responsibility (achieving commercial objectives).
  • Smart, ambitious, dynamic, and capable of mastering complex sales cycles with large corporate clients and high-level contacts.
  • With significant prior experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
  • With at least an intermediate level of English (B2/C1).
  • Who shares our purpose and understands the significant challenges clients may face (apprehension, shyness, barriers encountered, etc.). The world of education is a noble field, and language learning is a real difficulty in France.
  • Positive, hardworking, committed, and able to contribute to the team's good spirit.
