This position ensures service excellence by coordinating warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
  • Manage the day-to-day logistics operations for accounts, coordinating with internal warehouse, operations, customer service, and sales teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and inventory control, using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and provide real-time visibility to clients.
  • Identify and resolve client issues, complaints, and discrepancies promptly, performing root cause analysis to implement lasting solutions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), preparing and presenting regular reports to clients and senior management on metrics, trends, and operational challenges.
  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and add value to client operations.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and pricing agreements, assist in account billing, and identify opportunities for account growth and increased revenue (upselling additional services).
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to onboard new clients seamlessly, including system integrations and process alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is often required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using logistics management software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
