Account Executive

Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling to introduce our products and services
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to tailor solutions that meet client requirements effectively
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems, ensuring all client information is current and comprehensive
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share insights for continuous improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments demonstrating strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
• Previous outbound calling or client services experience is highly desirable
• Absolute dedication to delivering the best possible product and/or service to the customer.

Pay

$68,011.00 - $80,000.00 per year
