Red Rock Compound Pharmacy is a leading compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized medications tailored to individual patient needs. We partner with healthcare providers, Health clinics, and the public to deliver high-quality, custom pharmaceutical solutions. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Compound Pharmacy Marketer to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and increase market awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
  • Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote compounding pharmacy services.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
  • Willingness to travel both in and out of state.
  • Current California resident
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
