The Role

You will be the face of Sasser Restoration, cultivating and growing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial restoration markets.
  • Build, nurture, and leverage a network of referral partners and industry contacts.
  • Close deals consistently with a results-driven, persuasive approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight while owning your sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Proven restoration or service-based sales experience (required).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Financially motivated and driven by results and commissions.
