What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities Details
Full‑cycle sales Prospect, conduct customer meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
Account growth Expand existing relationships while generating new business.
Territory planning Develop and execute sales plans aligned with corporate and regional goals.
Market intelligence Monitor conditions, identify growth opportunities, and share insights.
CRM stewardship Keep accurate records, forecasts, and call reports in our CRM system.

Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of outside sales experience in the architectural glass industry or relevant project‑management/estimating experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong grasp of pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and produce accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Excellent organization & time‑management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing capabilities.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Professional handling of confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (including overnight stays).
