About the role
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities across the Canadian market
- Prospect and engage decision-makers (IT, Procurement, Innovation, Digital Transformation)
- Run outbound campaigns through calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Present the value proposition of the Connect platform to potential clients
Sales Cycle
- Lead initial discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations
- Build value-driven proposals aligned with client needs
- Work closely with internal teams to support the sales process
Market Development
- Contribute to the commercial development of the Canadian market
- Support local go-to-market strategy and initiatives
- Build the first client relationships and partnerships in the region

Profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in technology, SaaS, marketplace or consulting environments
- Ability to generate pipeline and manage sales conversations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent French required
- English is a strong asset
