What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to business owners using warm and cold leads
• Build relationships and identify funding opportunities
• Guide clients through the application process
• Collect and review financial documents (bank statements, etc.)
• Submit deals to lenders and negotiate offers
• Follow up consistently to close and fund deals
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM
• Hit daily and weekly activity goals

Who You Are

• Highly motivated and money-driven
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
• Coachable and eager to improve
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Sales experience preferred (MCA, inside sales, collections, insurance, auto sales, solar, recruiting, etc.)
