Who You Are
As the Account Executive, you'll leverage your experience and expertise in sales to build prosperous relationships, deliver strategic value to our clients, and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate, through outbound sales activity, high intent revenue opportunities
- Responsible for self-generating 50% of pipeline
- Diligently build a network within your defined territory and leverage it to generate new business and opportunities for expansion
- Partner with the Business Development team to strategically prospect target accounts
- Create a strategic territory business plan that will set you up to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop relationships with prospective customers to uncover their needs and develop personalized, value-add solutions
- Craft and deliver compelling demos of Cardata’s product to key decision makers, including C-level executives
- Manage the entire sales-cycles, including pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Stay up to date on company offerings and industry trends
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of regularly achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles (average 3-6 months), with large annual contract values
- Experience selling at a >30K ACV
- Comfortable navigating sales with all customer bases including CFOs, CHROs, Procurement
- Demonstrated success with RFP’s
- Innate desire to partner with prospects, understand their needs and deliver the best solution
- Forward-thinking, with strong planning, organizational and time-management skills
- Superior communication skills, active listener and ability to anticipate client’s needs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent business acumen, curious with a solutions focused mindset, and someone who is driven
- Team player who offers innovative ideas and loves solving customer problems
