Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 | Uncapped Commission |

OTE: $150,000 - $200,000

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hunting and developing new commercial and industrial accounts
• Selling HVAC projects and service contracts to key decision makers
• Owning your territory and running it with full support behind you
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline of $3M-$6M, closing around $2M annually
• Conducting site walks, reading blueprints, and putting together winning proposals

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical, or fire alarm sales
• Experience managing a book of business of $2M or more
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• AutoCAD or estimating software experience is a plus
• Someone who thrives being out in the field and in front of clients
