Account Executive - Commercial HVAC
Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 | Uncapped Commission |
OTE: $150,000 - $200,000
Chesapeake, VA

What You'll Be Doing:
- Hunting and developing new commercial and industrial accounts
- Selling HVAC projects and service contracts to key decision makers
- Owning your territory and running it with full support behind you
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline of $3M-$6M, closing around $2M annually
- Conducting site walks, reading blueprints, and putting together winning proposals
Who We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical, or fire alarm sales
- Experience managing a book of business of $2M or more
- Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
- AutoCAD or estimating software experience is a plus
- Someone who thrives being out in the field and in front of clients
