About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to help grow EverStone CPA by acquiring new clients for accounting and tax services.
This role is focused purely on generating opportunities and closing engagements. You will be selling essential services (tax, bookkeeping, corporate filings) that businesses already need, making it a strong and practical sales opportunity.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new B2B and individual client opportunities
- Run discovery calls and present accounting and tax services clearly
- Close engagements and transition clients to onboarding
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Maintain relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Compensation
- Commission only – 20% of invoiced engagements
- Applies across all services (personal tax, business tax, bookkeeping, corporate year-end)
- Higher-value clients = higher earnings
Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
