Responsibilities: • Qualify leads and perform necessary assessments while utilizing technical resources. • Create, present, and manage client presentations and proposals, as well as organize quarterly business reviews. • Effectively employ solution-selling and value-selling techniques to navigate the sales process towards closure. • Nurture and expand business within existing accounts while handling complex sales scenarios and campaigns. • Collaborate with sales Account Executives to upsell services to current customers and assist in converting potential clients. • Develop a strategic go-to-market co-sell plan encompassing internal teams at Zoom, alliance partners, and channel partners. • Engage with management to provide accurate forecasts, identify emerging opportunities and challenges, and suggest effective solutions.

What We're Looking For: • Proven experience in Telephony Contact Center Sales. • Background in leading training initiatives for products and services, including creating demos and sales materials. • Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Compensation:

Base salary range is set between $139,100.00 and $283,700.00. We also have a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that values base salary, bonuses, and equity. Note that starting pay depends on various factors related to qualifications and experience. Different compensation structures may apply based on location.

Work Environment:

Our structured hybrid model focuses on combining office work with remote environments. Role-specific work styles (Hybrid, Remote, or In-Person) will be clearly indicated in the job posting.
