About the role
Position Summary
Primarily responsible for generating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships for corporate accounts. This includes generating your own leads and contacts in order to hit your revenue goals annually. Constantly striving for more healthy business for STITCH.
Position Responsibilities
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities to effectively generate revenue to achieve quarterly and annual targets (through non green grass customers)
- Full understanding of Stitch Ordering systems (RepSpark) in order to accurately enter and track orders
- Places outbound calls to wholesale customers to create new business
- Places outbound calls to current customers to thank and follow up on existing business
- Coordinates with pre-production team to set up, edit, and ensure all logo information is correct on behalf of customers
- Coordinates with marketing team to stay up to date on ecommerce initiatives
Beneficial Skills and Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for both consulting with customers and team members
- Solid basis and understanding of sales and negotiation skills, while balancing an overarching customer centric attitude
- A passion and familiarity for the Golf and Apparel industry
- Organizational skills to help effectively balance and manage time
- Organizational skills and strong memory for practicing recall to uniquely cater to recurring customers
- Highly attentive, focused, and detail oriented for the purpose of order accuracy
