We are excited to invite passionate and driven individuals to apply for the role of Account Executive to help us grow our Electronic Security division. This position is ideal for those who thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and presenting innovative security solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned territory effectively using CRM tools, excelling in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive service and account outsourcing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and solutions that align with client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to design unique solutions for complex client requirements.
- Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to expand brand visibility and prospect for new clients.
- Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings weekly to build trust, foster relationships, and drive new business.
- Boost revenue by implementing solution-based selling strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
- Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales quotas in similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance productivity and client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
- Experience in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
