In this role you will: • Be responsible for the entire sales funnel, from generating new opportunities to acquiring new clients; • Prospecting new clients by telephone, email and social media; • Working in partnership with our BDRs and doing the product demonstration; • Present our solution with a focus on the prospect's needs and opportunities; • Prepare and submit proposals according to the profile of each potential client; • Negotiate prices, contract and payment terms to close new deals; • Maintain the CRM up to date, fully controlling your process, and achieving individual goals; • Analyze and improve your own results continuously to help the team achieve the KPI results. You’ll be great at it if: • You possess strong development and negotiation skills; • You’ve proven a high performance and target achievement track record; • You’re highly communicative and enjoy talking with people from several cultures; • You’re self-motivated and driven by challenges; • You’re able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment; • You’re excited to always learn more; • You’re focused on metrics and closing deals. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience as Inside Sales, Closer or Business Development Manager in SaaS B2B companies; • Strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, presentation; • Available to work 40 hours per week; • Good Internet speed – you will work remotely; • Fluent English. Nice-to-have: • Experience in SMB market; • Experience as Business Development Representative, mainly in outbound prospecting; • Previous experience in the hospitality market.
