Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive for Fintech Sales to drive sales by connecting with small to mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses. In this role, you will showcase our Genius Point of Sale system both in person and virtually, effectively communicating the value of our solutions. You will report to a District Manager and work closely with a Director who will provide coaching and support for your sales initiatives.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000 per year.
  • Residual Income: Continuously earn from the accounts you develop.
  • Bonuses: Additional financial incentives based on quota achievement.

Your total earnings could range from $90k to $152k annually, depending on your performance and territory.

Job Duties

As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM), your main focus will be to close sales of our Point of Sale solutions. You will collaborate with your District Manager to set up meetings with business owners, leveraging your network and referrals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new client opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Meeting production targets, including securing new appointments.
  • Staying informed about our product offerings and developments in the fintech space.
  • Participating in weekly meetings for team updates and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license required, as regular travel to client sites is necessary.
  • Must reside near the specified job location.
  • Able to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
