An Account Executive plays a key role in helping a company grow by finding new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The duties usually cover three main areas: prospecting, relationship management, and strategy.

Responsibilities
Identifying Opportunities
- Researching potential markets, industries, and clients.
- Generating leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Keeping track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Building & Maintaining Relationships
- Contacting and meeting with potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Nurturing long-term relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Acting as a link between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
Sales Support & Negotiation
- Preparing and presenting proposals, pitches, or product demos.
- Negotiating terms of business and closing sales deals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Collaboration
- Working closely with internal team to align campaigns with business goals.
- Coordinating with operations, finance, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.
Reporting & Strategy
- Maintaining records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Preparing reports for senior management on performance and pipeline progress.
- Suggesting strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.
Work Schedule
Full‑time work M‑F from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with half‑hour lunch break.
Compensation
- Pay: $48,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
- Salary dependent on industry and sales experience & can be negotiable upon interview.
