Your Mission: Drive Business Development with Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the challenges of prospects and proposing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams to address client needs effectively.
  • Maintaining proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets with a consultative and results-oriented approach.

Your Profile: Account Executive for French Market

Must have

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales including 2 as an Account executive, ideally in SaaS or Martech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with strategic accounts.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong results orientation, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in an international setting and fluent in French.

The Details

  • Location: Paris, with a flexible remote work policy.
  • Compensation: Competitive package based on experience, including a generous and uncapped variable component. Base salary: 40‑65K€ (negotiable)
  • Bonuses: 30K€ uncapped
