Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new business revenue on both individual and team levels. You'll receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more, positioning you for success.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to cultivate a robust book of business through:
- Building relationships and collaborating with referral partners in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
- Engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, utilizing a diverse carrier portfolio to create tailored solutions that mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
Your earning potential in the first year ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, dependent on performance. While compensation packages may vary slightly by agency, all offer uncapped commissions for new business as well as renewal commissions year after year. These renewal commissions provide a source of passive income that can significantly enhance your overall earnings. High achievers also have the opportunity to qualify for an exclusive annual President's Club trip.
Experience and Education
- Must pass the state licensing exam upon hiring.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
