About the role
Overview
OneTablet is hiring a high-output Account Executive to sell into independent restaurants and hospitality operators. This role is built for someone 1–2 years out of college who is hungry, competitive, and ready to learn fast. You will own the full sales cycle — cold outreach through close — selling restaurant owners on a platform that helps them generate more orders on DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub while simplifying how they manage it all. NYC-based, 5 days in office.

We help restaurants grow their order volume on third-party delivery apps while consolidating DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub into one tablet and dashboard.

What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Sales Execution
- Own the entire sales process from first touch through activation
- Run high-volume outbound via phone, text, and email
- Book and run demos with restaurant owners and operators
- Close deals quickly in a short-cycle SMB environment
Consultative Selling
- Sell outcomes, not features — focus on ROI and operational impact
- Help operators quantify their current labor waste and missed revenue
- Clearly articulate how consolidating platforms improves speed, accuracy, and workflow
Pipeline & CRM Discipline
- Maintain clean CRM activity and follow-ups in HubSpot
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline without leads going cold
- Track next steps, deal stages, and outcomes with precision
Requirements
Experience
- 1–2 years in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-output environments
- Strong preference for candidates with hospitality or restaurant industry exposure
- Comfort speaking directly with business owners and operators
Sales Traits
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Clear, confident, and direct communication skills
- High urgency and strong work ethic
Nice To Have
- Understanding of restaurant operations, delivery apps, and POS systems
- Familiarity with DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub dynamics
- Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
