WHO WE ARE 🌍
Innercrowd is a CRM platform built specifically for the event industry. We give events, festivals, venues, and live entertainment companies the tools to manage their communities, run ambassador and fan marketing campaigns, handle ticketing workflows, and drive engagement, all from one system. We work with close to 90 clients, including Verknipt, Loveland, Hangar, Kultlab, and Par‑T, and we are expanding fast across Europe.
We are a team of 10, based in The Hague and growing quickly. You will have a direct line to the founders, real influence on how we sell, and the opportunity to help shape a commercial team that is scaling alongside the product.
THE ROLE đź§
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business across our target markets: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Spain, depending on your language skills. You will own the full sales cycle: finding prospects, running demos, closing deals, and managing renewals. You will operate in a team of AEs and report directly to the CEO.
Our customers are events, festivals, venues, and live entertainment companies. The sales cycle is relationship‑driven: you need to understand how these organizations work, what pressures they face around ticket sales, community engagement, and marketing, and how to position Innercrowd as the system that ties it all together. Most of our pipeline today comes from warm introductions and outbound outreach, so you should be comfortable doing both.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 🏄
- Prospect and generate pipeline through cold outreach, networking at events, and creative lead generation across NL, BE, DE, and ES.
- Run tailored product demos that connect Innercrowd's capabilities to each organizer's specific challenges around ticketing, community management, and marketing.
- Own the full deal cycle from first contact through contract signature, including proposal writing and negotiation.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by driving renewals, upsells, and high client satisfaction.
- Feed market insights back to the product and marketing teams. You are our ears on the ground.
- Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets. We will set clear, fair KPIs together.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🪄
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, event tech, or a related commercial role (e.g., marketing manager at an event company).
- Fluent in English plus fluent or native‑level proficiency in at least one of our market languages: Dutch, German, French, or Spanish.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking at industry events.
- Able to work independently in a fast‑growing company where you are expected to take ownership and move quickly.
Strong Pluses
- Genuine connection to the events and festival industry. You attend them, you understand the culture, you know how organizers think.
- Experience with CRM tools (we use Pipedrive).
- Track record of exceeding quota in a previous sales role.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action over process.

- Competitive base salary plus a commission structure totalling €70,000 – €110,000 OTE.
