About the role

Revvin is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team. You will help businesses bridge the gap between premium creative content and advanced, full-funnel performance marketing.

The Opportunity

This is a remote, contract-based position for self-starters who thrive on autonomy. You will manage the full sales cycle for two distinct brands:

  • Revvin: Full-funnel performance marketing solutions and systems.
  • Studio West: Fast-paced, premium creative content and media production packages.

Role Overview

You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while focusing on high-volume outbound prospecting. This role is for a mid-level professional who thrives in a high-energy environment, values flexibility, and truly loves the hustle of opening new doors and building a book of business.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding both activity and results. Our most successful representatives maintain a consistent rotation between quick wins and long-term wealth.

  • Base Pay: $18.25 per hour (Part-time, 20 hours/week).
  • Volume Bonus: $100 per week for hitting 200+ outbound calls.
  • Meeting Incentive: $20 for every qualified meeting booked.
  • Closing Bonus (Revvin): $500 per closed high-ticket contract.
  • Ongoing Retention: $100 per month for every active partner you maintain.
  • Creative Commission (Studio West): 15% of every creative package sold.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify businesses and perform outreach to present targeted growth opportunities.
  • Demoing: Book and lead qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Rotation: Balance long-term Revvin sales cycles (typically 3 months) with immediate Studio West project sales.
  • CRM Management: Log all activities and follow-ups to ensure no leads are left behind.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Verbal Communication: Professional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts clearly.
  • The Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable with high-volume cold calling and understand the fast-paced nature of B2B sales.
  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and hit call volume targets consistently.
  • Strategic Thinking: You can explain ROI and performance marketing to a business just as easily as you can explain the value of premium creative assets.
