Job Description

  • Develop and manage relationships with business clients to identify workforce needs.
  • Promote staffing solutions and services to new and existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain consistent communication.
  • Meet sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Track client interactions and sales activity in internal systems.
