About the role

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing retail and wholesale jewelry accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding orders, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within jewelry retailers, department stores, and e-commerce partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present new collections and product launches to clients.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to grow revenue within assigned territories.

Product & Market Expertise

  • Maintain deep knowledge of jewelry collections, materials, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide clients with product recommendations and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.

Order & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with operations, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Track orders, shipments, and client requests to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Assist with forecasting and inventory planning based on account demand.

Trade Shows & Client Engagement

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Conduct product presentations and showroom appointments.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and develop business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in jewelry sales, luxury goods, or fashion accessories.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with retail jewelry chains, department stores, or e-commerce brands.
  • Knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and jewelry manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in gift-with-purchase (GWP) or promotional jewelry programs is a plus.
